   Workshops open at least 70 hours per week This means most locations open on Saturdays and in the evenings. Some workshops are even open throughout the night. Emergency examination within 30 minutes If you come in with an emergency during normal working hours your vehicle will be examined within 30 minutes of arriving. All work will be started within an hour so you can be sure that your vehicle will be back on the road – not sitting in the workshop. Service within 24 hours Ford understands you need to keep your vehicles moving, minimising downtime and fleet running costs and maximising your productivity. Commercial Vehicle Specialists who achieve premium standards also offer a service booking within 24 hours on request.

   Extended working hours We’re committed to your convienience, that means that our Commercial Vehicle Specialists will be there for you when you need them to be open. Drop your Van off at 17:00 and it will be ready for you by 7:00 the next morning, this includes opening on Saturday mornings. Courtesy vehicles to keep you on the road If your repair cannot be completed within the time specified, your Ford Commercial Vehicle Specialist can, in most instances, provide a replacement vehicle to keep you on the road. If a vehicle is not available from their own stock, arrangements will be made to obtain a suitable vehicle from one of Ford’s many partner rental companies, or for suitable alternative transport.

   Parking is available for all sizes of Transit Commercial Vehicles. We have a dedicated commercial vehicle workshop with at least four bays, equipped to Ford premium standards for specialist tools/diagnostic equipment and have vehicle inspection ramps for use, while you are present. You can clearly see service and repair prices and the price quoted is the price you pay. Pre-booked routine service or repairs are available while-you-wait. They stock and supply the full range of Transit, Transit Connect and other Ford Commercial Vehicle tyres. Emergency support is provided 24 hours a day for all commercial vehicles, regardless of age.

   Class 7 and 5 MOTs are carried out in our Cambridge premises. We have invested in state of the art equipment to ensure that we can accept all types of Class 7 & 5 vehicles
