Accident Aftercare Service
Having an accident can be a stressful time, especially if you have never had one before. There are two types of accident, non-fault and fault. In both cases you need to obtain vital pieces of information from the other party;
Obtaining these details will speed up the progression of your claim and repair of your vehicle.
  • Full name and address
  • Contact numbers
  • Insurance company name and policy number if possible
  • Any witness details
  • If possible, take some photos at the scene.
Non-Fault Accident 

If you have an accident which was caused by someone else, this is a non-fault accident. At Marshall's, we have a dedicated team to deal with this type of accident.

Just call us and  bring your car in for an estimate. No need to ring your insurance company,  get two estimates or have your car repaired at a garage you do not know.

Your car will be collected from you and a 'like for like' replacement car will be delivered to you at the same time. 


When the repairs are complete, all you need to do is return the replacement car and collect your vehicle. Simple!

Fault Accident

If your car is damaged and no one else is involved this is known as a 'fault' accident.

By calling us first, our highly trained staff will help and guide you through the various stages of your claim.

On receipt of authorisation to begin repairs, we will endeavour to book your car in  at your earliest convenience.
