Promotions for two key staff members

Zak Long General Manager for both brands says “I am so proud to be able to promote Michelle Amabile and Emma Myall. Both of these roles are dominated by men throughout the country, so it gives me great pleasure in being able to assist in these ladies careers, to support and coach them to reach their full potential. I believe in equal pay terms and conditions and that the right person for the role is promoted and with these two ladies working together, I am sure they will assist all our customers now and in the future and I would like to wish them great success”

Michelle Amabile (left) has been Service Manager for SEAT for some years and last year came runner up as the best SEAT service manager of the year. She has now been promoted to Service Manager for SEAT & Hyundai. Michelle has worked for Marshalls for over 21 years and now I have the ability to offer her a role that will give her the exposure to still further her amazing career.

Emma Myall (right) has worked at Cambridge Hyundai as Service Advisor for 6 years and has been promoted Workshop Controller. Emma’s knowledge on maintenance and technical repair of both my brands is exceptional affording her the next step on her journey with Marshall’s. Emma says “I am really happy for the opportunity that Zak has given me and together as a team I can see both dealerships going from strength to strength. We are in a unique position in our industry were we have two women in these roles”
