Hyundai sits at the end of the Cambridge strip opposite Cambridge airport. The Hyundai showroom is a large spacious environment, our Showroom Host is Andree O’Sullivan. Andree treats the showroom like it’s her living room, greeting customers like friends. This warm and welcoming atmosphere sets the tone for the dealership. Zak Long, is the General Manager, he can often be found in the Showroom and behind the service counter where he works alongside his team ensuring every customer is treated as a highly valued individual.

Nick Major heads up the Sales department, Nick has worked within the Motor industry for more than 25 years, his mantra is “My Customers Come First” and to this end our customer satisfaction is a 5 Star performance at Hyundai Cambridge. With this as a start point for Hyundai customers the sales team try their hardest to create magic moments for every customers journey. Our Business Manager Frank Banham is the man who creates individual finance packages to suit the huge range of Cambridge customers we have. The 7 sales people in the team have a varying length of service as we like to employ and train our team who have gone on to manage sales departments throughout the group. Michelle Amabile has 20 years’ service with Marshall Motor Group, and runs the Hyundai & Seat Service Department. Emma Myall is our Workshop Controller for both brands also, Emma has 9 Years’ service with Marshall Motor Group and beat off stiff competition recently to win the job of Workshop Controller. These two remarkable ladies manage a team of Technicians who combined have over 120 years of experience. Kevin Rule is our Master Technician for Hyundai, he has worked for us for 18 years and when he passed his final exams he scored the highest scoring in Hyundai UK’s history. All technicians have to complete a minimum of 15 days training per year. With the total length of service our team our the foremost Hyundai trained teams in the country. We offer collection and delivery as well as courtesy cars, but our most utilised option for service customers is taking advantages of the free bus pass we offer and using the opportunity to shop in Cambridge and return to a serviced and cleaned car.

Dale Brown, runs the partsdepartment and has won parts manager of the year two years on the trot. So successful is the department that we deliver parts up to 100 mile radius and often we take calls from customers outside that area wanting Dales advice. We supply Hyundai, Chrysler and Rover parts direct to customers as well as trade throughout the area.
