Matt joined us in February 2000 as Group Customer Services Executive and was promoted to Group Customer Services Manager in 2001. In this role, Matt ensured that the levels of service provided by the Group
met, or preferably exceeded, customer expectations.
Since 2006, as Group Compliance Manager, Matt looks after our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that the Group operates within the framework of the law, external governance and our own corporate standards.
Our QMS is titled ‘The Marshall Way’ and is accredited to the British Standards Institute’s highly regarded ISO9001:2000 standard.
With regular visits to all 44 dealerships and a constant high level of monitoring through our internal IT systems, we operate a robust audit procedure to ensure continued Compliance throughout the business. |
Paul has been with Marshall for just over 9 years and is a key member of the Design Team. The Design Team works on a whole range of material from business cards and brochures through to web graphics.
They provide a business stream service to all of the companies within Marshall and in addition to this, external design services.
