Chris joined the Marshalls Ford franchise in April 1998 as a trainee sales executive. He progressed to Sales Exec and then to Sales Manager where he now has 8 staff.
He believes there is a good team spirit in the Ford team, which is well respected, and feels that MMG offer lots of opportunity for progression. There is also recognition for doing a good job, good pension scheme and benefits.

Phil manages a team of 11 people in a newly refurbished dealerhip. He joined in July 1997 and likes the way Marshall still operates, like a family owned business, even though it is a large company.
