Chris joined Marshalls in December 2003 when his previous employer TMS was taken over by them. He had previously worked as a Warehouse manager in Nottingham.
He joined as a Parts Supervisor and quickly progressed to become Parts Manager, which he has done for the past 2 ½ yrs. He thoroughly enjoys his job and says that no two days are the same.
He feels that although Marshalls is a big company, you are not just a number. The family business does have targets but you are able to use your own skills and experience to develop the business in line with these.
