Barry Monk, Bodyshop Manager, Peterborough Boongate Regional Bodyshop		Raj Makvanna – Bodyshop Manager, Leicester Bodyshop

Barry’s first experience of Marshalls was on the YTS (Youth Training Scheme) back in 1982; he later joined as a Bodyshop Receptionist in 1983. Not long after, he became the Bodyshop Manager where he has a strong team who have been together for a long time. He believes there is a great team spirit at Marshall.		Mak has worked for MMG since the Bodyshop opened in Leicester in 1992, 16 years ago. He enjoys working for Marshall's as it is family orientated, forward thinking and both staff and customer focused. Many employees have been with the company for a long time, showing tremendous loyalty. This shows commitment to the Marshall family. Mak believes this is due to the investment in employee development as well as their strong management of the business, and the confidence this gives to employees.

Marshall Bodyshop wins Regional and National Award Marshall of Peterborough Bodyshop has beaten over 9 other Bodyshops to be crowned regional and national Land Rover Bodyshop of the Year 2006/2007 Marshall of Peterborough has been an approval and nominated Land Rover Repairer for several years. In addition to supporting Land Rover, the Peterborough Bodyshop has provided Bodyshop support to the other nine Marshall dealerships in Peterborough. To scoop the coveted national title the team at Peterborough were judged against a number of criteria which included the quality of workmanship, providing a seamless professional repair process and exceptional customer service.
