| How do I apply? |
| When you find the role you would like to apply for, click on the Apply for Vacancy button and complete the short on-line application form. Submit the form along with an attached CV |
| What happens after I have applied? |
| The system will acknowledge your application by email. Once the closing date has been reached HR will contact you to let you know of the next step. |
| I don’t have a pc at home, how else can I apply? |
| You could always try applying via our recruitment site using a public computer, perhaps at your local library |
| Is there any training offered, if I do not have all of the skills needed for the role? |
| If you are selected for the role, training will be provided to fit the gap in your skills and knowledge and that needed by the role. |
| What is the application process from start to finish? |
- When you apply for a post, the system automatically responds so that you know we have a record of your application.
- When the closing date is reached you will be contacted by HR, to let you know if you have been invited for interview or unsuccessful.
- You may be required to attend one or two interviews at the franchise/location and then an offer may be made.
- Some roles require a medical check prior to interview.
- Competency tests may be used at the interview.
- You will be sent a written offer.
- All paper contact with you is handled by the HR department in Cambridge.
