Our Business Managers sell finance, insurance, warranties
and additional products to our customers. They need to have had previous experience in selling finance and insurance products to be appointed to this role. You will need to be compliant to FSA standards, although training will be given to ensure that you are competent and compliant to our own Group standards and processes.
Candidates need to be highly motivated and determined to be successful, with a high level of numerical skill. They need to have the ability to generate sales using a pro-active and disciplined approach to meet clearly defined targets and objectives. They are responsible for all business opportunities by developing close working relationships with the General Manager and Sales Team.
We are exceptionally well positioned in the current market place and can provide excellent F & I products. We also have established and successful marketing and internet strategies that generate high customer footfall making sure that we have the edge in the market. |
